Bespoke Stay

The heat was broken during a freezing February stay, and the front door is so poorly insulated you can see right outside when its closed. We stuffed towels in the door just to stem the cold air. Host was unhelpful and merely offered to bring a couple blankets. We huddled around the oven for warmth. They also had uncovered knives in the cutlery drawer which lacerated my hand when I grabbed a fork. I would never stay here again

Terrible customer service. Air conditioning/heat broken the whole time and operator did not respond to requests. Overall bad experience, highly recommend staying literally anywhere else in Philly.

A disaster. My friends and I rented the place for the weekend during the winter. The heating was broken and they clearly knew it already but still rented it. They told us to use the oven and leave all the doors open inside the house to stay warm. It wasnt enough by any measure so we also had to bundle up in coats. The front door frame was also broken and to make matters worse let a substantial draft into the house. We tried stuffing towels into it to slow the cold draft, but that didnt do much. I cant think of one positive aspect about the host / renter. To add insult to injury, when we tried to seek some sort of refund or credit after the (ice cold) stay, they ghosted us with Ill get back to you time and again. Rent from them at your own risk.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Had previously stayed with my companys owner in a place in south Philly. Very clean and decorated felt like home. After that I decided to use them when I booked a place for a week. Being new to the PA area Im definitely going to be using them for a while until I can get used to the new area. Staff is very responsive and friendly they make it easy to come back. The view from the room was amazing each morning. And being from Maryland I could appreciate the Edgar Allen Poe historic site. It was closed but still nice to go check out. Thank you guys!

Absolute MESS. This rental company is a complete fraud. I rented a shore house. The company did a bait and switch and then robbed my family and I of our money. The house was falling apart, couldnt walk up the stairs. The ceiling was caving in. There was mold and bugs FO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I am in talks with air B and B to ban them
