Absolutely brilliant! Had to be back in Philly for work and found UrHomeInPhilly by chance - it will now be my go-to booking for a place to stay when in town. I stayed at the location in University City. The apartment was crisp, clean and completely perfect - everything I needed without the bother of dealing with a big hotel chain. Couldn't recommend a stay with UrHomeInPhilly more highly.

Stayed at 3601 Market Street. Worst rental experience ever (only reason 1 star is for location) I have been using this, company for years - since 2017. I think it changed owners, which is sad - they used to really value their customers. Suffice to say, I will not be staying here again. Check-in was a nightmare. They have a new "policy" to do a mini background check - you have to send picture of your license and picture of your credit card while holding up to your face. I called and reminded them how many times I stayed, and they agreed it wasn't necessary because they already knew me. Low and behold after a long drive / went to check-in, and I couldn't. They wouldn't let me check in until I take a selfie from the lobby of me holding up my license and credit card - if you enjoy feeling like a criminal this place is for you! Signal was weak in the lobby, so the process took almost an hour. If this wasn't enough, the place was disgusting. These condos used to be immaculate, and the last 2 years (stayed there at least 3 times) they have gotten worse - this time by far. Here is the list of issues: a hole in the kitchen floor. Many scratches on the floors and furniture, both bedroom carpets stained and nasty looking, fire alarm ripped off wall, toilet paper holder missing, second bath clogged. And to top it off - they didn't automatically return my security deposit - I had to call because "they forgot", and I did get that back.
