Dads Pads LLC

My dogs and I stay in one of Jason’s lofts in Havertown for a few months during covid. You walk in to a 2 unit building and enter first floor unit which includes full kitchen (kitchenware, cookware & even extras like coffee maker + coffee + sugar) with huge refrigerator. You keep heading through the apartment and there is a bathroom with sink & toilet that is stocked with [extra] toilet paper and baskets so your stuff isn’t strewn everywhere; shower attached in separate room behind closed door. Spacious bedroom once you get to the back with large bed, desk and even closet space for you to hang your stuff, not to mention the Rocky TV which includes apps like Netflix that Jason provides access to. AC unit and in wall heater allow you to decide how warm/cold you want to place. Finally, there was a small concrete backyard with chairs and a small table to sit and relax in the back outside. Had some problems with the water pipes but Jason got someone out the same day! All in all, really conveniently located in terms of access to public transportation (5-15 minute walk from MFL, 57, 47, 33 & BSL) as well as general living (there is a corner store up the block and grocery store under 0.5 miles away) and Jason is a great person to work with, very accommodating. Dads Pads is awesome. Rented from him for multiple months during an extended business trip. He was not only attentive, he was there for anything I needed. Worked with me to solve any questions or concerns I had immediately. Truly a wonderful host.

I needed a place to stay for a week while waiting for my next apartment to be move in ready. I found Dad's Pads to be very comfortable & clean. I liked the well equipped kitchen, bathroom and such. The Wi-Fi was superb for me to getting my work done! I felt very safe staying at this airbnb. Also when I called the host with any questions about where to go out to eat , buy groceries etc. he was quick to respond. I highly recommend Dad's Pads as a place to stay when staying in or passing through the city of Philadelphia, PA

Came out to the city for a Business Real Estate event and the experience was amazing. Dads Pads is what starting off with the good vibes which I realized that it gave me an overall awesome experience at my event. If your ever looking for a spot try Dads Pads because he responds quick, provides above and beyond detailed information so it’s as if I’m home!

Came up to Philly to work a short term travel nursing contract 13 weeks in a local ER. Dads pads worked out great, I found parking every night after long days working in the ER. The location was only a little over a mile from Fishtown and I would quite often walk down there for a Cheesesteak. The proximity to the the Independence beer Garden was 2 miles and Uber made short trips to party so easy. The apartment itself had everything I needed including the keurig machine with full kitchen. They provided towels, linens and there is a shared washer/dryer with another unit next door. Overall it's been a great experience staying here.
