The front desk lies. I was there for a wedding and the bride reserved a block of rooms. I called and was told there were no more rooms. I called back and I got a room. My brother in law called, wanted a king size bed. We were at the hotel and the desk couldn't find our reservation, tried to charge us full price, argued with us, then found us. Supposed to be a block of rooms, we were on every floor. 35 rooms spread out. My family likes to party, we asked for a block... The bride was told she would get a free room if there wasn't another wedding, there wasn't another wedding but she was charged. The front desk lied and kept on lying with each question, my sister and I compared notes when we got home, we think all the front desk people should be fired! They lied everytime, our family and friends will never be back to your hotel. The brother in law called the night before they came and double checked about the king size bed and your customer service couldn't find the reservation and then found it and confirmed the king bed. On check in the same women said the king bed wasn't available, it turned out that was the same women that they talked to the night before! She found a king bed for them. Those are 2 of the stories. It was much worse and I could write more. The bell hops and other staff were great, we had fun at the bar and restaurant but that customer service at the front desk get rid of them all and start over.
