Statehouse/ home365 is a scam, the rentals aren't really available. They'll lead you to believe they have a current property just so you can pay for the application fee. It's literally a scam. Jada Bryant scam artist and everyone else who works for this deceiving company. I'm so grateful I didn't rent with home365. Listen to the reviews and go with someone else.

Please. For the love of God, fix your app or sell the company. Can't use a bank account to pay rent, payment ledger makes no sense (according to mine you owe me $2,300), and your maintenance ticket system is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Worst app and company I've ever been stuck using. Figure it out. Or stop wasting your time pretending you and your employees care. It's obvious you don't.

This company is so mismanaged. They DO NOT CARE about the tenants. They are nearly impossible to get a hold of and in the rare occurrence that we do, they are utterly incompetent. Nor do they communicate with the owners of the properties. Their app/portal DOES NOT work and hasnt worked for the past 8 MONTHS. Even after inquiring them about fixing several times, we either get no response or we are simply told that they are working on it. They either take weeks to respond to maintenance requests or simply ignore them completely leaving their tenants high and dry. Simply put, DO NOT LIVE in their properties and property owners, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want people to rent your properties.

Absolutely worst company you can go through. If i was able to give 0 stars I would. Takes weeks to respond back to emergency issues (example: rodents and leaks). I get charged fees caused by this companys fault and receive no refund or solution. The app and website is not optimized and is horrendous and impossible to use. Constant issues with payment l. There is no customer support or even house maintaining. They will take months to respond back to you with urgent issues. And when they do the sub contract companies never call you back so you dont get the issue resolved. will never stay at their properties ever again. im not renewing my lease and going elsewhere. Stay far away from this slum lord company and do not support them.
