Madison Parke Management

I work for an owner of a unit in a building managed by Madison Parke, and we had to deal with them on a few occasions. They were always responsive, professional, friendly, and quick to the problems every time. We worked with Brian mostly, but there was someone else though we can't recall her name, and she too was always amazing. Thank you to the people working at Madison Parke. 10 stars out of 5!!!

Unresponsive and very slow to address maintenance issues with the building. Also very wasteful and useless spending in theoretical studies instead of spending condo fees in real maintenance and repairs . My advise it is to avoid this one. They were with us 3 years and proved to be the worse we have experienced.

I would give -1 if I could. This company managed our condo building for 3 years, and it was terrible. They ignore our request for financial documentation, which we are entitled to have by law. Hire them at your risk!

I have lived at a Madison Parke-managed building for a little over 6 months. I have found our building manager Marianne to be very pleasant, responsive and ready to help. Even though this is an old and complicated building with lots of maintenance needs and repairs going on, she always returns calls and emails promptly. It's good to know that she's there to listen and help when needed.

Currently manage the Old Shoe Factory lofts troubled by bad management. A near constant threat of fire alarms going off for no emergency whatsoever. Since moving in mid-July (now the end of Sept), there have been 7 or 8 false alarms in the building. Two of them in one morning. In a string of four days this week that it will happen (two days false alarms and two days of required testing as if we didnt know it works). No central community leadership. Its as if no one here is responsible for working through these issues, of which I assumed would be Madison Parke, so nothing has changed. How many times must we waste city fire resources before this changes? I hope the city starts charging the building/Madison Parke. Moving in was a mess. Their paperwork talked about needing to pay for a freight elevator operator and strict protocols and that isnt what they do here. You just use it. When I asked questions that these things didnt add up I was directed back to the paperwork (which again, was incorrect). They forgot to add me to move in schedule for the loading dock, I had to ask to be added to email lists, Ive requested a second key fob from all parties involved to not confirmation that I can get it. Hopefully I can update this review with progress.
