I call them and told them that I was on my way to take the key I told them I was in the hospital with my son and the lady didnt care if I was in the house now when I got up there to drop the keys off nobody was there like that not cool at all now Im going to court and no only that they even had rented license for the house that I was in and they kick me and my 2 year old son to the street well never talk to them

They don't fix anything. I've been with them for over 4 years complaining about a shower that leaked through my downstairs. It took them over 2 years to fix the problem. My fiance fell and hurt herself in the kitchen. Because they didn't fix the leak. After she fell they finally fixed. Cuz now we're sewing them. We won our case and now they're putting us out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Definitely a scam. They recycle the same houses on Zillow. Take them off then put them back on and lower the price so that people will think its a new listing. They are just collecting application fees. Theyll make more off of that than the rent. Glad I did my research. They cant get a dime from me

Worst slumlord scumbags I have ever rented from. Halfway through my lease at a crumbling mold-ridden house, they called to tell me the house was being sold and I "needed to leave by January 1st". Thank god I had the foresight to seek out a tenant's rights org who informed me I did NOT have to vacate under the terms of my lease, never mind human decency. When I finally spoke to Al Nocentino he brushed it off as if they were just "asking if I *wanted* to leave"- this was not at all the case, the initial communications I got were demanding and extremely misleading. When I was originally told I had to leave, the woman at the office even sympathized with me as she had once had to vacate with 2 weeks notice- I wonder now if she was also lied to and taken advantage of, or if this was a strategy to make me believe it. The only good thing I have to say about this farce of a company is that the office staff are kind and easy to work with, even if calls aren't returned. As far as the bosses, I don't know how they sleep at night. Scum of the earth.
