PSCo Philly

Five stars dont do justice to the incredible people who are part of the PsCO Philly management, especially Jen, the property manager of the Civic Building. I recently moved from Miami to Philadelphia, and they personally made sure to help me with everything, literally. When I urgently needed to relocate to Philadelphia, Soul was very kind to give me a virtual tour of the studio I wanted to move to and made all the arrangements as fast as he could, allowing me to transition from Miami to Philly within a week. Adriana or Brianna was the sweetest front desk person and helped me by showing me the loading dock and providing detailed information for when my storage container arrived. However, not only was this team already very nice and helpful to me, but when a problem arose with the container, Jen (the property manager) went above and beyond to personally handle it. In less than an hour, not only did she ensure my container was delivered to a place it could fit, but she and her husband also personally moved all the boxes to my apartment while I was at work There are simply not enough words to explain how incredible Jen is! Her kind words and swift actions alleviated all the stress I had from moving to a new city and starting a new job. Thank you, Jen. If you are planning to rent in Philadelphia, make sure it's one of the buildings managed by this amazing team. (Civic)

Had a blast living here. Military friendly and parking is never an issue. Close to parks and trails and Center City. Aldi is a couple blocks away. Stones Beer is the same building. New Samsung appliances including a washer and dryer. Pelotons in the 24/7 gym. And your mail/packages are safe!

WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. THE OWNERS AND THEIR STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING ANY OF THEIR UNITS IN ANY OF THEIR BUILDINGS. THEY ARE QUICK TO CLOSE THE SALE BUT WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF IT. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT HEAT FOR DAYS AND THEY DROPPED OFF 2 OLD SPACE HEATERS, 1 OF WHICH IS BROKEN AND A TINY SPACE HEATER THAT DOES NOTHING. IT IS BELOW FREEZING AND WE CAN NOT GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE. THERE IS CONSTANT TRASH OUT FRONT THAT THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF. ENTRANCE LOOKS TERRIBLE MOST DAYS.

Unfortunately our renting experience with PSCo has been far below the expectations they set initially. It is 25 degrees and a snowstorm outside, and our heat is broken with no guarantee of fixing before the end of the week. The emergency line is not connecting us to anyone either. Not a company Id recommended dealing with if you can avoid it.
