Stay away...this company is full of are crooks. I rented an apartment from them for 2 years. Our upstairs neighbor's toilet overflowed and caused a lot of water damage to our apartment. The one bedroom's door couldn't open or close correctly because of this damage. We were told that they would send someone out to have a look and fix it--it was untouched for 4 months and never fixed. Then our dishwasher broke with 2 months left on our lease. We contacted them numerous times but sent no one out to fix it. Finally, we moved out (thank goodness). There was a light fixture that had a cracked light. It was actually like that when we moved in. I had taken a picture of it as proof when we moved in; however, I upgraded my phone and lost the proof. Got nabbed for $250 to replace the light. Worst part is I've been trying for months now to get the receipt, but no luck. I'm very familiar with the construction business, and $250 for that light fixture is robbery. I would highly NOT recommend this company, because their Business Managers are rather incompetent.
