Rushmore property management

Rushmore property management has been absolutely horrible. Do not rent from any of their properties. They never answer the phone or emails. The washer/dryer sucks and has flooded twice in the past two years. When they finally got me a new one, it had long dark hairs all in it. And they just all of a sudden raised my electric from $20-$30 a month to $109 a month. I have a one bedroom, live alone and am hardly home so theres no way I should pay that much. Then Ive been trying to call them the last three months since the random increase and no answer. I could go on about more things, the break-ins, the fist fight at the pool, lack of security, giving me a different apartment then I was told I would get etc. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Not good so far... moved in on Monday and today is Saturday. Nothing has changed. This review is regarding the Hub in Brewerytown. The unit was not cleaned before I moved in. The dishwasher was filthy and no matter how many times I or maintenance runs the machine, to clean it, particles collect in the bottom of the machine. Those same particles would end up on my dishes and therefore wouldn't be cleaned! I will attach the photos. The washing machine does not work. The garage disposal reeked, was covered in grime and had large clumps of hair stuck to the bottom of the disposal. After sharing my concerns and providing photos to the management team, management still refused to call in a professional cleaner to deep clean the dishwasher or the garbage disposal. I had to clean the disposal myself. The property manager Antonio, is unreachable by telephone or email. I've sent at least 4 emails and called many times and he never responds or returns my calls. I can't help to feel like I'm being ignored. In order to reach Antonio, I have to stop whatever it is that I am doing to speak to him in person at the leasing office as he never follows up! I was told that the dishwasher would not be professionally cleaned or replaced. Instead, some type of chemical cleaner was being ordered to run thru the machine. That was Wednesday, today is Saturday and still nothing. As you will see from the photos, the dishwasher is beyond a cleaning bomb and has been neglected and therefore requires a deep cleaning by a pro. In the meantime, I cannot do laundry or use the dishwasher. I was told by Antonio that professional cleaning services were used to clean the unit before I moved in but it wasn't cleaned at all and the management team failed to simply check to see if it was move in ready. I asked many times if the unit was cleaned and ready and was told yes every time! This management company and maintenance team lacks integrity, does not follow thru, has poor communication, lacks care and concern, fails to ensure that the units are suitable, cleaned and that appliances are operable and clean! I'm extremely disappointed and unfortunately have to hire a professional cleaner to address the issues. Today is Saturday. I attempted to use the dishwasher for the first time and the dishwasher pods would not dissolve. I tried another load, same thing! Decided to try again and periodically pause the machine and check to see if the pods were dissolving and the machine never sprayed any water. My next step is to send a certified letter requesting that the management company uphold their end of the agreement by providing operable appliances. Hopefully, there won't be any more steps for me take in order to resolve the issues at hand. Oh I forgot to add that I was called crazy by the maintenance staff for asking him to clean the dishwasher.

The Hub management is atrocious and if residents push back the manager then targets and harasses those residents including entering units without notice or awareness of the resident.
