They dont even deserve one star!
I spent 2hrs in an urgent care, to find out Ive got a bad infection. Doctor sends the script to CVSI go and the CVS Pharmacy is closing the gate and would not give me the prescription. I will never get another from them! Who closes at 6 PM?

This place used to have quality Pharmacy workers, then, I'm guessing COVID conditions didn't allow CVS to treat them right, so they left. What's left, is a bunch of inept, lazy, and slow workers. Every time I go there, there is a line out and around the aisles, as well as a line in the drive-thru. I go to get Zyrtec d every 24 days, because there's only 24 pills in a box. It has been 2 weeks since I finished my last box, I waited this long because there's been a line up and around the aisles, so I left and came back today. Only for the person at the register to tell me that I can only buy Zyrtec every 90 days... I then ask her where the 90 day supply box was located? And she said that there was none, to which I'll replied well then what do I do for the other 36 days? She told me to talk to the US government.
EDIT: There are still some good employees there, I just wish I knew their work hours, b/c I would go only when they were working. That's only 2 employees, though. Wish I knew their names to give them a shout out b/c THEY rock.
EDIT #2: Only use the Drive-thru, save yourself the foot/headache.

The pharmacy employees are rude and its hard to get your medication here. They dont want to help you out even when they are the ones wrong. My doctor had to call several time and sent a refill slip and still had problems with this pharmacy. I wish I can rate them a zero but then I will not be able to leave this message.
#zero customer service.

I called 30 min ago to fill the the medicines. When I get there they haven't start any of my medicines so I wait another 30 min. One of the pharmacist called me, and then he tells me go to go back in line. When it's finally my turn, I wait 20-30 more min. And the pharmacist tells me to go back in line.
This is typical days at this cvs.

Picking up medication at this pharmacy is a nightmare calling is even worse i waited an hour on the phone and at the end have to hang up delivery forget it never received my medication
