The young lady that assisted me is case in point. She had no knowledge of the prescription and was unhelpful when I asked about it.
I stopped in the day before, Wednesday 11/22/2023, and ask if I could receive a walk in flu vaccine.
I was told to come back the following day and it would be possible. I stopped in 11/23/2023, at 01:07 PM and was told it would not be possible, by the pharmacist that said it would.
I inquired with the young lady that was helping me if I could schedule an appointment. She responded that it can only be done on line or through the APP.
Interesting! I am capable of doing that, but find it interesting that the most at risk population, are not always the most technology savvy..
Overall, disappointing, and mixed signals.
Thus, one star!
