If I could give a zero I would. My online food delivery was slated for the time spot of 12-2pm. After 2:30 I called the store. Within five times of ten minute wait times I still did not get an answer as to where my food delivery was and to speak with a manager. Never again!

The Worst Experience ever with ANY Shoprite
I recently went to the Shoprite Mothers Day 2020. After waiting about an 35 min in line to enter (understandable due to Social Distancing) I went to the butchers counter to inquire about a cut of meat. I saw that one person appearing to be cleaning up so I patiently waited to get his attention (not to mention he was playing loud music in customer facing work environment.)
After Several min of attempting to signal to him, he reluctantly came from behind the counter.
I apologized to him flagging him down and informed him that I couldn't yell above the music. He quickly told me ....well I cant hear with you mask on! Anyway what do you need.
Even though I was angry I still needed his help so I asked him politely where the prime rib was.
He rudely stated which one prime rib steak or prime rib roast.
At that point I just humored him as bottom line they didn't have either.
Another Gentleman walked out from the back after the Butcher walked away and he was more polite but stated that the Butcher was shutting down for the day and what you saw is what is available.
My whole experience there was just the worst, I wont even mention the Seafood counter
