The staff at this CVS deserves special recognition for their excellent customer service. They are friendly, approachable, and go above and beyond to assist customers. Whether it's helping me find a specific product or offering recommendations based on my needs, they consistently deliver a positive and pleasant shopping experience.

Everyone in the store, whether it be security, check out, pharmacy etc. is so kind and lovely. The location is super convenient for where I live and I go often for any random needs. They are always very personable and well stocked. Great CVS and I believe the other reviews were not accounting for the store being brand new.

The pharmacist was extremely rude and was having a power trip when I came in with my prescription. I handed him my ID and my prescription, he said he needed to call the Doctor to confirm why I needed that medication, I said ok. It was an anxiety medication, I buy this medication every few months and never no one called my doctor to confirm my mental disorder. He talked to Doctor, hang up the phone, and told me in the rudest way I can't help you, try another pharmacy and walked away to help another customer. I went after him and asked why, and he said the prescription was a controlled substance (isnt all the prescription controlled substances?) and he couldnt sell it to me. Funny that I went there to buy an anxiety medication and I left the location super triggered, anxious and nervous because there was no reason I had to go through that situation. I went to a different CVS location and I got the medication, fast, no questions asked, only my ID and prescription were needed. I do not recommend the CVS at 2nd St at all.

Literally go to any other CVS unless you like getting treated by a criminal whenever you go to pick up medicine. The staff at the front door pretty much just follow you around and make random accusations cause I guess they have nothing better to do. At this point I might as well start stealing since Im going to have some loser in my face either way. Not really sure what there purpose is besides driving away customers since I know they legally cant do anything.
