Tried to come in around 11:30pm and it was really crazy in here. This crazy man was in the store and all of the poor employees had to get into their office to stay away from him. The guard told me to please give some time due to the situation which I understand immediately and went to my car. I also called cops in my car and waited about 30 minutes to go back in after everything was resolved and cops never came. Other customers were very disrespectful and gave the young woman and guard a hard time, also using threats such as they will wait for the young woman to leave to hurt her because she told them it was a safety issue. This store should be closed down earlier because this isnt worth the stress every employee goes through. That young woman and guard did their best and remained respectful just to be yelled at and treated less than human because a bunch of ignorant customers couldnt wait or go to another store due to this crazy situation they had no control over. Please close this CVS down earlier. Its too dangerous and troubling for each employee and guard.
Please close down the CVS at this location!!

Worst store ever.
Came in at 11:15 pm to get vapor max shower tabs. Since someone was stealing, it had every employee in the store behind the protective glass refusing to help customers that needed keys to retrieve items. Something that would take less then a minute couldnt be done. I would never come back. Customer service was atrocious.

Had horrible service from the temp pharmacist,refused to help me told me to come back at 8 pmI was there at 3:30 pm..to p/u meds for high blood pressure &asthma meds..he was really rude ,at the drive thru,&I told him I would come in to get my prescription..no one was waiting for any scripts..he called me over and told me to get the one script in north phila a bad neighborhoodI asked him to speak up ,I couldnt hear him with the mass on he said did I threaten him ,I said no I couldnt hear you ..horrible experience,very nasty pharmacist..this cvs is/has been having really a lot of problems with lack of staff & personality..please do something about it or I will start going somewhere else

The pharmacist at this location tonight (male, bald head, beard) unsure of his name but he was excellent and extremely helpful!!! Thank you so much for fixing the problem with my childs prescription!!!
