        Make an appointment online, in person most likely will say they made an appointment but can't find you. X2. Even then, expect to wait 45min. We tried 3 times to sign up then decided we didn't want to deal with this again. Good thing they invested in lots of couches and sitting area.

        Was moving out of a place other people were still living, needed my name off the bill at old residence. I would rather use my head to play catch with a hammer than go back here. Somehow this was not possible. The lady at the counter not only said it couldnt be done, but didnt seem to understand our situation, implied a certificate of death was involved, and had an attitude about it. Talked about how long shed been there and shed never heard of what I was asking for. Fortunately a manager was close by and showed her, in front of us. She didnt seem to care she was wrong. I was happy to leave. Comcast is the devil, and Im sad I dont have other options where I live.

        Usually up to an hour or more wait but better than calling customer service who usually don't help you.

        I had a very bad phone customer experience. I wanted to cancel my account; was met with threat of disconnect fees - and my account wouldn't be closed until my my balance was paid immediately, even though my balance wasn't due for 2 weeks. Went into the store with my device and documentation. They said there is no record of phone conversation. The store could see the day I unplugged the device. They waived the accrued $121 monthly charge and $40 in additional usage charges. Mind you, device NOT plugged in. How the heck is there additional usage charges? Turned in my device. Paid the last bill. I'm not sure if Comcast is getting hacked (they said maybe, but I am not sure) But also, that's the last time I pay $200 for a month of basic internet. After years of on time payments, this company doesn't care. I started with $80/month.
