Returning some old equipment to replace. They took my old gave me a seat and asked me to wait and someone would get my new equipment. It was really stuffy. I was there about 10min and had to wait outside with my dogs. I let the front desk know Id be outside and asked how long before I was helped. They said there was one customer ahead of me. I waited 30 min outside the front doors while I watched 3-4 employees mill around with nothing to do. They forgot about me and acted like theyd never seen me the whole time. Yes I was upset and rightfully so. This Xfinity store is historically terrible. Avoid if you can or keep pestering them to be helped.

I finally got Internet and I'm trying to set up my echo device but it's not working so I call them and they help I love them for that
