I always have uninterrupted internet service. Comcast tries to jack the bill up every so often just like every cable company, but at least I've had continually fast and reliable internet provided to our household at all times.

Did not like ever dealing with a discrepancy here. Great place to annoy yourself or maybe even ruin your day. I would avoid this visit if you can. In fact, avoid Comcast if you can. I even got ripped off by the Comcast business partnership even. They literally stole the sales I made and didn't pay me a dime.

Comcast is by far one of the worst possible internet companies. They're consistently overcharging customers for going over "data limits" (something that shouldn't even be a thing, considering you can't save bandwidth for later usage, It's not water.) Telecom companies like Comcast actively try to defend charging ridiculous prices and adding caps by claiming It's like paying for a vehicle with a bigger engine or more cargo capacity, but It's nothing like that at all. But It's not like this at all because with those examples, customers are free to choose different companies to buy vehicles from but in reality customer's have little to no choice when it comes to high-speed internet access. Internet / TV providers impose caps to try and make it impossible for users to switch from using their TV services to online options like Netflix with these data caps. Comparing internet to things like water and electricity saying "Well you don't have a choice for those, but the more you use the more you're charged" also wouldn't make sense or apply because those industries face government regulations to ensure that meters work proerply and that customer's aren't being overcharged. Water and electricity customer's also pay less when they use less, whereas ISP's generally don't provide automatic discounts when you're under their data caps. With ISPs there's also serious question's about whether the meters are counting data usage accurately, there's no way for an overcharged customer to prove they've been overcharged and no regulatory body ensuring that the meters are accurate. Even if ISP's are counting accurately, data usage can be inflated by factors outside of the customer's control, such as data packets being dropped and re-sent, or even DDOS's.
