This place is now closed. No longer providing service to pain patients.

I showed up to the clinic and they said they're closing their doors. I had my paperwork filled out for a new client they also bold face lied to me in my face saying that they called me first thing in the morning. which was a lie it wasn't even on my phone so this clinic is closing its doors I am glad!ðŸ˜
