      image You can always tell if a medical assistant has a calling or if its just a job.the empathy factor is missing. Our MA spoke loudly, aggressively, rapidly going through her checklist. Not a good feeling to be going into a procedure.
      The doctor on the other hand is quite skilled and pleasant as are the reception staff.

      image I have been treated for neck nerve pain for several months now. Its a process, yet so glad the medical team there has been open and honest, plus sympathetic to my pain, needs and questions!
      They also have a nice and clean building and treatment rooms that are very well set up for onsite care.
