Everyone that works here is nice, empathetic. I've gotten tests and treatments that I never had tried. I was in multiple car accidents in 2009. Been trying, or so I thought everything, Poly Chen and associates have addressed my pain and not just covering up with medication. I'm very pleased to have found someone to care. Hopefully be pain free soon!

He always listens to what you have to say, and he is always very cheerful. I have preferred to stay with him instead of bouncing to different doctors in the same facility so I have traveled where he is. He is the best doctor that I have found. I also wish that he was my primary doctor but unfortunately he isnt. He is just my pain management, but I would recommend him to anyone.
