Unfortunately did not have a positive experience here over Mother’s Day weekend. Went in on Saturday wanting to trade in my old phone and purchase a new one. Since the store was limited to only 2 customers, I gave my number and was told they would text when it was my turn. 30 minutes later, I checked back in and turns out they had no idea I was even waiting. No apologies or anything. I wanted to purchase and transfer information from my old to new phone but they said there wouldn’t be enough time and so they made an appointment for me to come back the following day. Came back the next morning with one of the workers waiting outside for someone to come unlock the front door. 30 minutes after my appointment time, someone finally comes and they both go in to set up the store. When I try to enter the store, they tell me they don’t open for another 25 minutes, and said they had no idea they didn’t open until later. At this point, I was tired of the unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy for customer service. Save yourself a trip and go to a different store.

The associates in this store did a wonderful job getting me in and out of the store in under 1 hour! I had a considerably complicated case... needed to purchase a phone outright, do an upgrade, add a line, and purchase a new phone with service. My expectations were exceeded and I would recommend this location to anyone who expects exceptional customer service. Thanks guys! (S/o Matt and Ryan :) )
