I had an upgrade eligibility, went into store to do an upgrade, since I was eligible. Only to find out I have to pay full price for that upgraded phone. Every person I know that had an upgrade got their upgrade without paying anything. Since when do you have to pay full price to upgrade your phone??? So when your sprint account says you have an upgrade available, its not true.

Yes, the staff here are friendly, relatable and clean. They are knowledgeable and know how to sell you whatever they have to offer. However, once you are done in the store and you’re set up with the plan, they cannot help you much after that. So don’t go back in to the store to ask questions about the bill they helped set up for you. Don’t ask them about all the fees that will happen because they “don’t know anything about that. You’ll have to talk to the billing department.” Also, don’t trust them when they inspect the phone that you send in to trade for your next phone because their opinion doesn’t matter. The people who receive it in the warehouse have all the power to charge you a $279.99 fee for a damaged device when all you owe on the phone is $100. You’re better off with any other wireless company.
