        Customer service through the phone with the store manager of sprint Washington square mall was horrible, called twice with no useful answers to my concerns. Was told to call back the next day because the representative that help me with my phone purchase was not in, second phone call I was told to call back within an hour because she was the only worker in the store and that other callers were on the line and that she needed access to the computer which I’d have to call back if I needed more information. This was from the store manager name Sybil! Terrible!
