    Really disappointing experience. I went in to buy a new iphone after my phone I had for 15 months stopped working. I paid $1000 for my original phone and the warranty ran out at 1 year. I waited for an hour (sitting on the floor) while the 2 employees chatted with other customers. They talked about where they lived, what celebrities they've met, what apps they like, etc. while multiple people were waiting. Finally, it was my turn and I was told because I'm not an authorized user on the account (it's a family plan) I could not purchase a new phone. I asked if we could call the authorized user to get permission and I was told, "no, that won't do any good". I don't understand why it's so hard to pay a company $1000 for a product after waiting an hour. If I wasn't on this family plan I would leave this company. I repeatedly have poor experiences.

    Dylan!? Did we just become best friends? Yesterday we transferred over, four phones and 2 Apple Watches from Verizon. Dylan and Jacob made the whole experience fantastic! Transferring that many lines is a nightmare to say the least, but we laughed the whole time and neither of them ever seemed frustrated or anxious to get us out of the store. Though heavily occupied with all our chaos, the greeting every customer who came in with a genuine welcome. 10/10 The Ill always go here for all my needs! Thank you both for making this a fun enthusiastic visit!!!

    I have never been treated this way at T Mobile in a world where we shop less in store, this will be the death of retail. I let the sales manager know I was not a big talker, and just wanted some information. He then said well he is, and we are going to do alot of talking in the next 30 min. Bit let me know multiple times that I can always shop on line. I tried to explain again that I just need some help getting a new phone. He game me so.e numbers and told me it was like 600 bucks, I let him know it was 720 dollars and he said well he was close. I explain that is not how it works with money. I tried to let him know I was not appreciating the aggressive sale pitch and conversation. He said he does not care this is his store, and that is how he does it. I asked for a district manager and he gave me a sales number, not even a customer service number. When I asked the other employee there if this is normal treatment, he said only with special people, and indicated they don't want my business at all. I have been with this company for over 13 years, I am in sales and this is not how you treat a customer.
