Just a matter of time before this location shuts down as well. I was racially profiled by the store manager Caleb. If you want professionalism, please avoid this location! He's unprofessional and just doesn't care. Caleb verbally disrespected me in front of other customers in the store, Fellow co-workers stood by and watched! he needs to be fired today.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I went in after having a long drawn out conversation with someone a T-Mobile tech expert to do a warranty exchange on my phone. By the end of the conversation, I was directed to this address to pick up a phone. When I arrived on 1/27/23 around 3pm, there were three employees all with their Popeye's lunch scattered across the desk and acted very inconvenienced by my presence. I explained what I was there for and was informed that they had no idea what I was talking about and met with short answers to get me to leave them alone as quickly as possible. I asked for the address to confirm that I was in the right place and no one there could be bothered to even tell me that. Eventually they were able to confirm the address, but that warranty exchanges are not done in store and that I should "take it up with corporate." After talking to corporate, it seems that the person I talked with on the phone who said they called this location was incorrect or misinformed. That is not the fault of the employees of this store. The issue that I had was the unhelpful and rude attitudes coupled with unprofessional behavior. I understand there was a mix-up somewhere, but you should always act with professionalism and attempt to help even when you aren't able to.

Stay clear of this store. They do not have ethics and all they care about is making money off of you. They contribute to elderly abuse. Long story but no longer worth our breath anymore. TMOBILE as a whole , a billion dollar company could care less about the what financial implications can have on people for their short comings. They dont even care to make it right but they are happy to pay people on the phone to act like they care and give you the run around.
