Walked in to a dirty sloppy shop/showroom? and wanted to get a tire changed. I was told they don't do tires if you don't buy them there, I walked away with the stench of old gas and bad attitudes in my nose.

This was the first bike shop I visited when I moved to Portland a few years back. I won't take my bike anywhere else. These guys know what they're talking about when it comes bikes. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend talking to them about a custom bike before you get ripped off at a department store. Excellent customer service!

This bike shop is great, they've managed to find a way through all my strange bike problems. The shop is pretty small and they have as much inventory as a shop their size can be expected to have, but the knowledge and skill in the staff more than makes up for it.

Bought a bike from them last year and the service was great. I made it easy for them by knowing exactly what I wanted to begin with, but their help with a few quick adjustments was fair and fast (and free). I go to them for all my minor part purchases now.
