DICK'S Sporting Goods

This was a pathetic excuse of an experience. Went in to buy some cleats for baseball. They got 1 guy busting his butt, helping everyone.(8+ people). Meanwhile, they've got countless employees (I counted 11) just walking around not doing anything. Not engaging at all. I had 4 employees walk by me with a shoe in my hand looking around and not even a peep. Their rent-a-cop was hyper focused on racially profiling any customer he could. Following multiple minorities around the store with 4 or 5 employees focused on that rather than helping actual customers. Really bad look.

I went in on 4/1. I was greeted the moment I walked in and helped by a super kind gentleman. I am terrible with names, but I believe he might be the head of the shoe department. I told him the 2 brands I was looking for and he walked me to them. Not only did he show me where they were, but he really took the time to show me different models of shoe and tell me about their benefits Talk about a wow experience!! On top of that, I heard him engaging with multiple other customers, too. I was able to try on a few pairs the store had in my size. Unfortunately, I didn't find any that my picky feet liked. I saw the gentleman again on my way out and we engaged in conversation. He encouraged me to try another one of their locations that have a larger selection of the brand I was looking for. Thank you SO much. I truly appreciate your kindness, customer service and extensive knowledge!! I would recommend stopping in to this location if you're looking for shoes.

Had great experience with Hunter in Athletic Shoes. Very knowledgeable and explain Running Shoes in detail. I will be back for more Running Shoes down the road
