        Horrible customer service and not ashamed about it. I thought I would give this place a chance. Because I've never been there. And the 8irch working there seemed like she hated her job. And she hated the fact that I needed help. When I called to see if I can speak to somebody else about my poor experience there. I was hung up on. I highly recommend not to come here. The people are gross and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

        I recently left a review about 3 months ago (5 stars ,raving about this location ). Wife and I truly enjoyed this shop as the customer service was top notch and the product we found was exactly as we wanted. Honestly,it was the customer service that sold the product to us and The overall experience of being able to walk around and enjoy the store . Of course we can buy all these products online for cheaper but my wife truly enjoys going in and browsing . Tonight was different ,I was profiled and followed. As a someone who had shopped here on several occasions within a short span of time and never seeing the same associate twice ,you'd think you'd get comfortable. I'll leave my 3 star review as we enjoy your over priced vanilla products . I will be back again, hoping the next time my wife wants to buy over priced toys that I am met with customer service and not with judgement of how I look.

      Look, you came in looking for this "orange thing" you saw on our website. Once the associate found the item they offered to answer any questions you may have about it. Your response “Do YOU have questions when you go shopping?” We responded “If I’m looking for a specific item, yes I ask questions. How many settings, if it is waterproof?” Then you huffed and exclaimed “I came to the wrong store” and left. We can understand that sometimes the subject matter of our products can be intimidating to others and don’t want to talk about it more than needed. We just want you to be informed and empowered with your purchase. Instead, you continued to instigate the situation. You called the location to speak to someone about your “experience” (they were all already witnesses to it) and when our associate didn’t transfer your insult-laden request you hung up and came here. We take our reviews very seriously, but we respect our associates more. Don’t come back. Own your part in this situation. Grow from this. ~ FANTASY

      Nick! Hey now...we all know there are cheaper knockoffs of everything online. We choose to curate our offerings to only the best "bang for the buck" and offer them in clean, well-lit, and merchandise locations; with a crew more than eager to help. Our bringing products to you creates a whole supply chain of jobs that a lot of people benefit from. Not some Big Corp. and that all costs money.Our attention to service may be uncomfortable to some in some adult retail settings like ours. So, I can see how many, in the past, viewed that as profiling. But, most of our "vanilla" and "overpriced" items are displayed in locked cases. The crew stands by, ready to show you anything. Here you get to see it first, touch it..turn it on! You get the instant gratification of having it now! You get the pleasure of knowing you supported a small business. You get to continue to have those experiences with your wife.No hard feelings, we apologize if you felt profiled. I can assure you that was harmless customer service.
