Im switching banks soon after being at this one 20+ years. The service has gone way down hill. Its too hard getting help/cash from kemba. They dont keep $50 bills in the outside kiosks at all. So I frequently have to go inside and get them from the help desk as I need those on the regular. I frequently have to go out of my way/leave way earlier than needed for my plans to get over here in time just so I can get my $. Its frustrating. And today when I walked in, they helped the woman behind me instead of helping me. I stood at the desk waiting for help almost 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Im going to do my research and find a different bank.

Worst CU ever. Their iPad/iPhone app is horrible a 10 year old could do better. Terrible customer service no one to talk to. Only a computer monitor. Would rather trust my $$ with Art Schlichter.
Im gone from this place Jan 2024. Thank god.
