I love Kemba been with them since 11th grade lol now I am 25 years old and still with them and overall this is my favorite branch. The tellers are very sweet and helpful, and very friendly. Cant find a more trusting bank that also makes you feel like they care about your funds and security of your account(s).

Today was one of the worst experiences. I had at this location..one attendant was very rude. Didn't want to cash my check. Which she could've, but rudely said we cashing them over here with the interactive teller. I said well there is a long wait time and I have to be somewhere. I said do you know long the wait will be she said I don't know the wait times. I said smh. Shuts the door. I'm like wow. The interactive tellar was nice but unknowable about cashing checks. I'm thinking of either going to another bank or leaving kemba all together. Don't go to kemba run far away. Especially this location.
