        Gatekeepers. They will not answer simple service questions for DIY hoses, belts, ect.

        We just took delivery of a new 330i this week. This whole transaction was probably the best experience Ive had with a dealership (this is our 4th BMW). Roman and Joey could not have made this any easier! This dealership is top notch and when Im ready for my next vehicle, we will return to BMW of Wilmington!
