        I was greeted warmly by Jessica McCaffrey, who handled my case with stellar professionalism. She is an engaging person and a most highly knowledgeable service technician. Jessica communicated timely and effectively. She carefully and patiently took me through the process of what was malfunctioning in my car, and how it would be repaired. She showed me diagrams of and thoroughly discussed the specific issue with my car. Jessica made sure I clearly understood the technical jargon of my cars malfunction. Jessica also provided excellent care for me and made sure I was on board with the service. Jessica has been the best service person I have ever dealt with at BMW. Jessica McCaffrey is a rock star.

        Drove from VA Beach for our used 2021 330e. Josh Winstone was very personable and professional. We have purchased cars in 5 states over many years. Josh is by far the best salesperson we have ever dealt. He was fair, understanding and even upheld a promise to fix a small issue we found from over 150 miles away. The only negative part of the buying experience was waiting 2+ hours for finance to close our deal, however Josh continued to check on us to make sure there was nothing he could do.
