I truly believe in the power of providing reviews and helping others with feedback from honest experiences, and so I have to share my thanks and applaud his stand-out work. Don reached out to my insurance company to let them know about the 4 month delay in my car part order, and HE confirmed the car rental extension approval with them he said he did not want me to have to worry about Anything this showed the utmost compassion and character and proves he truly cares about his clients. He also texted Regular Updates and Always takes calls and returns calls. If he says hes going to do something, He Will. Outstanding and superb service and kindness! Thanks again, Don!
