This company will promise you fixes and never deliver, that is if you are able to reach them or if they decide to return your calls or urgent maintenance request. ( which they often ignore even when it fits the standards the set) The company supplies 2 employees to run multiple facilities including maintenance and they expect the residents to be happy when issues come up and months of turn around time to address 1 thing, often it doesn't get fully corrected. Please save your time and money don't live here.

Make sure you have all of your paper work in order when you rent here they will ty to charge you extra fees. I had to argue with Alison about my bill and instead of her being apologetic she tried to tell me I was wrong. Once I showed my paperwork and she corrected her error then the manager Sandra came out to apologize after I had placed a phone call to the office a few minutes before and they told me that she would be unavailable because she was in a meeting for the next 2 hours. Her meeting conveniently finished an hour and a half early. This management team is very unorganized, rude and lies to prevent from dealing with a issue. When I moved in my dishwasher was not working I had to wait 2 months before it was fixed even that was a battle with the office and they knew it was broke before I moved in. If you move here please be aware you will have some challenges with the office.

The management is always changing I have lived here for 9 months and seen 3 different management companies. I agree with everyone else Maintenance is a joke. I had the same repair request since the first day I moved in. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the location and the previous office manager Sandra tried her best to correct some of the issues we had. The new company chose not to keep her which I think that was a big mistake. Overall this property needs some repairs and I don't think they have the best staff to correct it.

I have had a broken dishwasher for about a year refuse to fix it won’t even answer messages and they charge for water through a 3rd party company my water bill and I live alone is more than my electric , they also will put cords and things on your property and not move them , broke my glass on my back porch
