The Line

Have been living here since October of 2023 and have had no complaints. The amenities are fantastic and the staff here are very responsive and friendly. Will be re-signing our lease again! Thank you to the Line for a great apartment experience

I lived at The Line for 3 years. An incredible complex. I absolutely loved the location and design of the apartment. Front office was very helpful and on top of things. I will miss living here.

I lived here for 14 months and I loved it. Everyone who works here and lives here is so friendly. I dont have any complaints! My dog and I will miss Brooke in the office shes so sweet.

I recently moved to the Raleigh area and I looked at 12 different apartments. I will say that the line was the nicest one I toured and surprisingly enough was a couple, hundred dollars cheaper than any others. I love the location! The apartment itself and amenities are super sexy. The staff is extremely welcoming and do whatever they can to help out with any issues. I love it here and you will too!

Ive lived at The Line since October 2023. There is so much to like about living here. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The reason I even have this place is because of Whitaker who listened to what I wanted and showed me only the places that fit my needs. I took the second place we looked at. Whitaker is not only a great leasing specialist, he is the kind of person you can ask for help and you know he will make sure you have what you need. (Once I couldnt find a package that had supposedly been delivered and he went out of his way to find it.) Perhaps this goes without saying, but the location is excellent with quick access to the Warehouse District, N. Person St., Dix Park, and obviously Glenwood - so you have excellent restaurants, bakeries, a park, and an awesome bookstore all within walking distance. There is a Publix in the next building (Peace Raleigh) a block away. The restaurant Madre is just below the building a convenient, vibrant place with great drinks and food to conveniently take visitors or meet up with friends. One thing I didnt expect was for the maintenance team to be so awesome. Anytime I ask for something, they respond quickly (within hours) and take care of the issue efficiently. Shoutout to Rissa who once came to my apartment to fix the light in my microwave and noticed the batteries on my lock were dying and replaced them on the spot. I love living here and recommend it highly.
