Ridgestone Apartments

Just moved in about two weeks ago and we absolutely love the apartments. The pool is huge and always clean and open. The staff inside the office is amazing and always willing to help. Maintenance staff is always nice and very welcoming when they speak. I will be living here for a long time.

I currently live at the Ridgestone Apartments. Downsizing from a house, this is my second rented property. Finding this property convenient to my day-to-day activities, I also find it to be a great place to live. The Apartments are roomy, have high ceiling and quite and I was lucky enough to get one that no one lived in before me. Management here in on top of keeping clean and that things are well maintained. Great place to live.

Ive lived here for just over a year and really like it. The interiors are sleek and modern. The dog park is great. Management is very responsive to maintenance requests or concerns. Im really happy that I live here!

This is such a peaceful,neat, & modern place to live!! Sarah is very prompt when responding to any concern or question that is brought to her! & it really is a safe space...it has all of the components that make up a great living community!

Ive rented an apartment with Sambrick properties before and love my apartment. The owner and staff is very nice and helpful.
