        I have really enjoyed living at the Mordecai on Clover! Starr and Gordon (office and maintenance) are wonderful - always kind and very responsive! The townhomes have a lot of character and are located in a wonderful and walkable neighborhood. My dog has also really enjoyed the dog park!

        Ive lived in multiple homes/apartments across the country and can absolutely attest that Mordecai on Clover is the best yet. Star in the front office is amazing and went out of her way to help me get into my ideal townhome while I moved from Idaho, and maintenance is quick and wonderful. I never hear neighbors and love living in a safe, quiet neighborhood near everything I could want or need. Still absolutely love it here four months in!

        Moving out of State and finding the right Apartment Complex and a safe neighborhood can be challenging. But Whitaker from The MORDECAI ON CLOVER TownHomes in Raleigh, NC made my transition to my New State very easy. The Property Manager Star is kind, respectful, and loving. I must say that The Mordecai on Clover is blessed to have her on site. I remembered emailing Star multiple times to put packages in my apartment while I was away from Raleigh and she did it. Star is never too busy to respond to my emails. That makes me feel welcome. What a loving Manager! The property is clean, quiet, and welcoming. The location is amazing. If you are in the Raleigh area, or out of state and looking for a nice , quiet, and safe Apartment Complex with respectful and caring office Staff, this is the place to move.

        We've rented with Mordecai on Clover since November and have had nothing but positive experiences! If we ever have issues with our townhouse, maintenance usually comes within 24 hours and provides exceptional service. Star is amazing and very responsive. The complex is within walking distance to downtown and is exceptionally safe, quiet, and clean. The price is also significantly lower than other rentals this close to downtown. Would definitely recommend!
