Embrace Yoga Studio

I love this studio's facilities , convenient location in Fayetteville and skilled instructors. Specifically, Gam, Lee, Alvin, Sarah, and Joey have contributed seriously to my recent practice, further, strongly convey practice competent in yogic philosophy. I recommend this studio especially to those interested in establishing a practice. If you are interested in taking your yoga practice deeper try the above-named instructors!

Updated to 4 stars June 2019 ... there's an excellent Ashtanga teacher on Sundays now and Lee is awesome! I totally have a man-crush on Lee. So they now rate 'above average' for me. Good, run-of-the-mill 'modern' yoga studio with all the usual Insert-Name Flow classes. Nothing exceptional and nothing bad. I've gone to a couple of classes at every studio in the area trying to find a more traditional Hatha class (which evidently doesn't exist in Cumberland Co) and Embrace was comparable to all the others. Staff was very nice. The instructor was knowledgeable. Clean and spacious facility. Not a bad place at all.

I went to Sarah’s restorative class today. I’ve never done a restorative yoga class, and I really enjoyed this class. It opened an entirely new form a yoga for me and the instructor was quite pleasant. She made sure everyone was comfortable during the entire class.

The teachers and the space are so welcoming! You will feel encouraged and supported if you are new to the practice. And if you are more advanced in the practice of yoga you will be inspired, challenged and free to express. I have learned so much from coming to my mat with these incredible instructor🙏🏻

Embrace Yoga Studio is AHMAZING! I just tried them for the first time on yesterday, because I have been doing yoga on my own for over a year, but really want to grow in my practice and be challenged by a knowledgeable and supportive group of instructors and community. THIS IS EMBRACE! I was embraced from the moment I walked in and I LOVE EVERYTHING about this place. The setting is pretty, it's intimate, the people are inviting (both class and instructors alike). I would say that I am a high level beginner to low level intermediate skill level reference yoga and I DEFINITELY felt challenged. I was introduced to movements that I haven't heard of or tried before. I purchased a new student unlimited class package (2 weeks for $45)- the class pricing is on point, they provide ALL of your equipment so (NO EXCUSES) and each Instructor is different and brings out something different in your journey/growth. I can't say enough great things about Embrace EXCEPT, you need to STOP reading this and go register for a class, buy a package and meet us on your mat! Thank you Katherine to you and your staff! I can't wait to grow more and master a headstand and handstand THIS YEAR!
