I have attended several yoga classes online and always leave feeling more balanced and aligned than before. The instructor, Daphne Fuller has taught me so much. I highly recommended the services Therapeutic Solution and Wellness offers.

I have been blessed to take part in several yoga classes and it is always beyond "just a class" and more of an experience. Daphne has such a calming spirit that exudes when you step in her space. I always enter her space with "busy energy" and leave calm and reconnected. We are blessed to habebthis resource in the community. You MUST experience one of her yoga classes. You won't regret it.

While it's rated 5 stars, this is my opinion and experience. I called to inquire about booking an appointment as their practice is listed as an EAP provider. The number that was given to me by Aetna was the private number to the owner Daphne. She asked for my personal information and said she would get back to me but didn't hear back that day. I called the following day to ask for an update on my insurance and since I gave private information, I wanted to know the prprocess. She said it was a holiday which I definately understand and apologized I called. Then, she said she was off the previous day but then she couldn't call me ba k because she had clients that same day which was conflicting. I support small businesses first. However, her tone was condescending and in a passive aggressive manner when I had questions on the timelines to find out if I qualify for sessions at her practice, she advised me to seek therapy elsewhere if I'm in dire need of help. She kept saying she's a small business which I understand. Daphne wouldn't give me the opportunity to speak and I let her explain. In the past, I've reached out to practices who are a one person business and they handle each situation in a diplomatic manner or will let you know upfront if you qualify or not. Especially, when one suffer from mental health. She called me back in a minute after we just got off the phone stating she finally "called" my insurance. She stated they could not find me in the system (she doesn't have my full name because she never asked) and stated Ms. Cynthia Anderson is no longer an EAP provider. It's strange how all that happened in one minute after getting off the phone.
