Update -- Closed permanently with zero warning to customers! Very disappointed in management. Sold our memberships to Fit4Life and gave staff like 3 days notice. Not pleased at all.

They never seem to answer their phones, ive been calling for the past week to get my membership fixed because my account app hasnt been working. I honestly havent gone to this gym but one time and Im still paying for the membership because the payout fee is ridiculous. Definitely save your time and money and go somewhere else

Omni Gym has a strict and unnecessary cancellation policy. Once you sign up, you are committed forever. We have been mislead and the lack of information shared just to meet a quota has been disappointing to say the least. Gyms should not require a lease or utility bill to show proof that you have Moved out of the area, just to cancel a membership. This is unnecessary and I've never heard of a gym prying in your personal information to cancel a membership. Do not sign up for this gym. They do not manage or work well to please their customers.
