Love the store, great staff and the prices are fair. I go there first before going anywhere else to shop for children's clothing.

I when in this store on 30 Jan 2013, and saw a baby walker with a big price tag on it for $12.00. when I got to the register the cashier said the price was $22.00 I showed her the $12.00 price tag on the walker and she told me that they have new employee that may have put the wrong price on the walker. There was another lady that said she called the manger and the manger told her they could not sell it to me for $12.00 what the price tag said. I ask for the manger information with the intention to contact her in reference the bad service and business. I then when to Target and saw that they had a brand new baby walker for $25.00 and purchase the walker from Target. I will never even think about shopping there again, the customer’s service was horrible.

Absolutely the worst "Kid store" the staff are rude, customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The store's staff are a bunch of idiots. The staff is poorly trained, they say one thing and it's different the next day. They can't even print tags correctly then the customer is at fault for their error. The staffs appearance is completely unprofessional, you can't even tell the difference who works there and who is a customer, none the less a manager. Also, the store is filthy, cockroaches and all. They hardly give you a fair price on clothing if your trying to sell to them, even if you have top name brand items and are in excellent condition. The items in the store are completely over priced. Where you could buy a brand new item from the mall that was on the sale's rack cheaper. They will sell a Gymboree dress from 2009 for $12, let's face it you could buy the exact dress on Ebay for less than half. Now if you were trying to sell the same exact dress they will maybe give you $1 for it. Gymboree dresses on sale are about $15-$20 of THE CURRENT YEAR! I am like any other parent who works hard to give everything I can to the kids, and I know a great find when I see one, this place is just not worth it. I checked this place out thinking I could find some good deals for the kids, it is especially appealing because you can avoid higher store prices and online buying, but I was proven wrong. I have been to several other stores similar to this one, and they were more fair with better customer service and prices. When they appraise your items, its a flat rate, no negotiating and no store credit. No incentive for spending their store. This reinforces the fact, like other reviews state, it seems that they would rather buy stolen items from some crack head then form any type of long standing relationship with families who would be loyal for years. You are better off spending literally $2-$6 more on something that is brand new. The only good reviews written about this place are probably written by their staff not real customers. You are better off avoiding this place, sell your items on Ebay. For the review about CC, she still works there and I don't know her name, but on their store stamp card the initials are CC. She is dumb as a box of hair, she called a Sergeant First Class out in line by the wrong rank ( a considerably lower rank). There was no one else in line in any type of military uniform and then laughed at the Sergeant First Class because the employee could not pronounce her name. In the same breath of air she mentioned her husband has been in the Army for 26 years. How is she still unfamiliar with the differences between ranks while her husband is serving and has served for a extended amount of time, it is embarrassing on her behalf. By the way we are in the all American City. Absolutely disgraceful! If you aren't a service member don't call a soldiers rank out especially if you don't know what you are talking about. It amazed me how dumb this woman made herself look in 5 minutes. People like "CC" should learn to keep their mouth shut. It will and has destroy the stores reputation. This is a review written 3 years later and she still doesn't know store policy/rules. See other reviews below. A disgusting store don't waste your time, I wish I could give this place zero stars. Hopefully, store owners will read these reviews and make changes.

I am a former employee of OUAC and what a lot of people do not understand is that WE DO NOT MAKE THE PRICES OURSELVES...EVERYTHING is computer generated! We would LOVE to offer more for some of the equipment as well as some of the nicer things that come into the store but we can't. I do agree that the store is small; we have made that complaint numerous of times. I will also be the first to say that Management there SUCKS! There is no consistency, everyday the policy and rules change to accommodate the others. Never have I worked for an employer had their child working; and is on payroll. We bust our butts and aren't appreciated. Roaches, bugs, and etc we have no control over that. We clean and straighten as much as possible; but when you work for an employer and you have told them about the complaints of the bugs and etc and they reply is to simply "kill them" what are we to do...I'm sorry but killing bugs is not in my job description anywhere! PLEASE remember when going into the store that it is not always the employees...sometimes employees are a direct reflection of their management!!
