        I received knowledgeable, focused and efficient service from Eddie in the purchase of a suit. He had practical suggestions to make and insight as to which brands would best fit my shape. Further, he made the alteration suggestions and markings. I was very pleased with MWs selection and service.

        Tried to rent a tux for my son's prom. We scanned the QR code to be placed in line, then waited 20 minutes without an update or anyone talking to us. Two people walked in after us looking for a tux and were helped right away. I asked about the line, and the lady said they were being helped because they were buying and not renting. We left and rented somewhere else. Sad that the only communication from an employee during a long visit was to make us feel like second class citizens. My son always wanted to get something at Men's Wearhouse. This was supposed to be special. What a disappointment.
