This was by far the best treatment I have ever had while getting a suit. Nothing that menswearhouse could ever give. From the customer care to selection to accessories to the knowledge that Joe and his team carries with them you are in the best hands possible. Thank you Joe, Stacey and Janette for putting me in a suit that gave me all the confidence I need to knock that interview out of the park!

We were referred to this store from a good man but unfortunately...these folks were not what We thought they would be ..John was VERY rude and condescending...as well as his so called fiance whatever her name was smh she gave us attitude and didn't even bother to introduce herself...had the nerve and the audacity to tell Me WE HAD NO CHOICE but to pay whatever they offered us to pay ... meanwhile they assumed We came in for last minute alterations...and WE DID NOT ...We simply wanted to BUY a suit for My son's prom...common sense already told Me that it's way to late to consider a custom suit ...so that was never an option walking in ...John and his so called Fiance ASSUMED that's what We wanted even though I already expressed that was not ...then He picked out a suit jacket that was way to small for My son and got offended when he told Me how much it was for rental and I said I could go to Macy's and buy one cheaper but if John would have not been so sensitive and let Me finish My sentence I was trying to tell him I would rather buy the suit from him because I like the color the suit was just too small...I couldn't even finish My sentence without him being offended and bas kicking Me and My son out the store because I mentioned Macy's smh....THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE...You can take your chances but do understand We did not walk in with an attitude nor did We leave with one even tho they treated us like SHYT ...Go at Your own risk but I'll be honest ...for how they act Mens warehouse might be best hell Walmart will be even better than them ijs I give them a negative -1 the store was clean somewhat However We Went to to Men's Wearhouse and that were very friendly helpful and even tho they didn't not have what We were looking for ...They referred Us to Philip Michaels and We were greeted and treated with RESPECT something Sugars Menswear should take notes in ... Philip Michaels Customer service was amazing...I bought My son's ENTIRE SUIT AND SHOE'S Tie and draws from them with ZERO ISSUES....Sale could have been Sugars but they were not interested in treating decent folks decent so They lost the sale ...I do not recommend this place at all

Joe helped my husband find the perfect tuxedo for our wedding. His attention to detail and ability to take our vision to realization was amazing. I would recommend Sugars Menswear to my own family and know they were getting the best service in Fayetteville.
