Today I asked 2 sales associates for help, not only were thy hesitant help me find what I wanted. They made me feel like I was too fat to be in public. Considering the only pants I own that remotely fit after a significant weight loss are buckle jeans (other than my uniform, and I have sized down 6 inches in my waist in those) I felt it was safe to find a smaller size there. I guess that it just depends on who's working on what kind of experience you get in this store.

Faulty detector which led to me and my sister's bags being search, on of which was our Victoria Secret bag and the lady looked through each individual bra and underwear twice and when one of the male workers came over her stared at her going through that bag and didn't want away til she started going through a different one. She was rude and inappropriate and sassy even when we complied. I believe it was a fault detector because me and my sister kept walking through multiple times by ourselves and with other bags and it would beep and then not beep and not beep and then beep again after walking through different times. Plus no other stores dinged when we went through their doors. Terrible experience and I am never going back.

Yesterday was my First time coming here ever to a buckles! Let me tell you! I walked out as one happy customer! The employees was nice and welcoming! Very helpful too and if you love country clothes then this is your place! Moving here last month I miss the country vibes from my hometown and this place brought the memories back! The gentleman who helped us I didnt get his name was great customer service! I will be back!

Store has lots selection and the prices are good but the staff there is actually great. People are so friendly especially Emily. She is an asset to that place and she left a really big impression on me in a good way
