UPDATE: Well, I hate to do this but Im knocking this place down to three stars from five. See my review below. Today I was so excited to go in since I hadnt been in since late 2019. Not only did no one really look up but I, actually, got side eye from someone working there. Yeah, not cool Buckle, not cool. I love, love this store. The clothes are great but all the sales people are AMAZING! Im not 19 and a size 2 and they dont care. I went in on Monday, 8/19/19 and nearly every person on staff there helped me in some manner or at least smiled at me. This is the 2nd time Ive been in to this store in 2 months and every time I let them know they must have excellent training because everyone in staff is so nice and friendly. Dont get me wrong, they arent over the top. They dont stalk you and make you uncomfortable. If you dont want help they dont follow you around but watch each customer to make sure you are doing well shopping. I watched other customers and they did this with each customer that came in. I compare the friendliness to Trader Joes- I honestly love going in to Buckle because of the customer service in the store.

I went there for the first time today to buy Hey Dude shoes. Tori was extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and personable! Excellent customer service! Great variety of shoes and merchandise! I will definitely return!!
