I bought a leather belt at the Buckle at Northlake 5 years ago and wear it every day.  The belt is genuine leather and shows no sign of wear or breaking.  Definitely recommend this store and Buckle merchandise.

I'm here to pick up a Father's Day gift for my husband. They informed me that my merchandise had been put back. When I made the purchase no one informed me of their policy. No one even bothered to let me know my purchase was even at the store. This store has terrible customer service. My husband does not have a shirt and I am yet to receive a refund. I called and spoke to them to find out if the shirt came in and you would think they would have said something then. The merch in this store is very expensive and supposedly high quality. The customer service should be the same. This store needs new management. This is not the first time I have experienced less than stellar service. They kindly offered to allow me to purchase the shirt before my refund came in. What a nice way to say we effed up your father's day gift to your husband. We don't issue you a refund we have you locked out of the system from a purchase then you have to repurchase in order to make it right. The way they operate they would charge me double for this shirt and I still would only end up with one shirt. No thanks.
