        The customer service at the Fayetteville location is horrible to say the least. They refused to honor their own coupons sent in email. The young lady lied about calling customer service to resolve the issue with the coupon.

        Cute store, great staff. Very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the manager. Everyone there is eager to assist me with whatever I need, ie. Finding my size, helping to select a dress for an occasion, etc. My favorite store at the mall, always a great selection and very personable staff!

        Service was good, could have been a little better, they were all focused on 1 customer when there were several others that needed help, i had to wait a while to be helped. But they have a lot of cute items for sale there and i loved the things i bought. I would go back again
