If youre going to Platos or Closet Mentors to sell you gently used clothes, dont! I had a tote full of clothes from LAST YEAR. Mens jeans, womens shoes, rompers, dresses, all from last year, all big name brands! Vans, American Eagle, etc. Probably $300+ worth of clothes. They bought 3 things that still had the tags on them for $10 what a joke of a store complex! Said they werent up to date, okay, shop around their store and see what exactly they call up to date Just to be clear, Ive sold clothes here before. I used to get $60-$80 after cleaning out my closet year after year. One time I got $130! And they would buy at least 80% of what I had brought in. These stores have definitely gone south. Yeah they have a large inventory, but they only buy something they can sell almost full price or something totally out of date, dirty and torn. Gross! Owner/Manager whatever she is, is totally rude and needs to learn some people skills. I work as an assistant manager in a restaurant and I dont care how rude you are to me. Ill always try to make the situation better. Shes just down upright rude and acts like shed rather be anywhere else.

My mom was talking about thrift shops so I looked online and found Whaley Center. It's a local thrift shop that specializes in clothing, shoes, and accessories for women. I decided to give it a try and was so pleased with my experience! They have an extensive selection of items at great prices; I was able to find some really nice pieces without breaking the bank. Plus, they keep their inventory up-to-date so you never know what youll find when you visit. I've been back several times since then, exploring all the different brands they carry and finding new gems every time.

There are many Clothing Thrift Stores near me but the Whaley Center stands out among them. They specialize in consignment clothing, offering stylish and unique items at great prices. I visit their store frequently and find amazing pieces that I couldnt find anywhere else. Their selection is constantly changing so there is always something new to browse through! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry, which makes finding what you are looking for easy. Most importantly, the quality of the items is top-notch. Recommended!
