They will offer you insulting prices for expensive items in perfect condition. Save yourself the time and sell items on Facebook yardsale groups. I also find it interesting that so many of the 5- star reviews are made by people who have similarly (often ONLY) reviewed the sister businesses - Clothes Mentor, Plato's Closet and the Whaley Center. Either they make their employees add reviews or they bought a review campaign. Cool.

My first & last time selling to this store. I had a tote full of name brand items like Nike, Baby Gap, Adidas, Carters, etc and they took every item except 5 items. They only gave me $30 for everything they took. Ive saw name brand clothes like that in their store for $15-$17 an item and youre telling me I only get $30 for all of them?? Something isnt adding up?? I could have sold them myself and got more money.. such a waste of time, especially since I had to wait in Fayetteville for 5 hours and Im not even from there. Never again.

The owner of this store is littarly just a bully. Mean, rude, and flat out ugly to anyone for no reason. Go littarly anywhere else. Her business practices are so unethical its not even funny. She put my girlfriend and I on a do not buy list and ban for writting a poor review. Quiet honestly I'm sure the only reason she is still in business is because she's the only option. Sad honestly. I am sure we aren't the only ones based on how she acts
